An event to raise awareness for mental illness and help erase the stigma associated with it.

Saturday, October 27th, 2018 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Where
"Hensville" at Fifth Third Field (Entrance at the Swamp Shop. Washington between Superior and St. Clair.)
Admission
$40 per person; $50 at the door. Cost includes dinner, entertainment, and FREE parking. Beer, wine & other refreshments will be available for purchase. A silent auction will feature selected items donated by area organizations, businesses and friends of Heart & Soul. Live auction, costume contest and games by Karen Rose.

Proceeds will go toward patient facility upgrades for the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital; and programs and services for the members of the Thomas M. Wernert Center.
